The platform provides investment opportunities in mortgage-backed property development projects across Europe, combining financing for developers with accessible investment options for individual and institutional investors. We are looking for a Senior Associate in the Credit/Analysis Team, responsible for evaluating, structuring, and coordinating financing projects in the Spanish market, ensuring high-quality credit assessments and smooth project approval from initial application to the Credit Committee decision. Job Description - Analyse project and client information; prepare materials for credit risk assessment and financing decisions - Assess clients’ creditworthiness, financial statements, and historical data - Prepare financial analyses (feasibility, profitability, business model, market in Spain) - Coordinate the full approval process up to Credit Committee decision - Prepare and present materials for Credit Committee - Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk guidelines - Collaborate with Legal on transaction structuring - Participate in client meetings and real estate events in Spain - Contribute to process and methodology improvements Requirements - Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Real Estate - Experience in finance, credit analysis, project financing, or real estate - Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills - Proficiency in MS Excel - English (min.
