Job Offer: Private Tutor / Governess for Two Girls (Ages 8 and 10) We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and highly committed Private Tutor/Governess to support the academic development of two girls aged 8 and 10. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, a structured approach to education, and the ability to guide the children beyond the school curriculum. ⸻ Position Details Initial Schedule: • 2 weeks per month • Monday to Friday, 5:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (3.5 hours per day) If the candidate demonstrates strong performance, adapts well to the family’s expectations, and meets the educational goals set for the girls, the position will be expanded to a full-month schedule, maintaining the same daily hours. ⸻ Responsibilities The role goes beyond basic homework assistance. We are looking for someone who can take on an educational leadership role similar to that of a governess. Duties include: • Preparing structured, personalized lessons in advance. • Assessing the children through small weekly or monthly tests. • Monitoring and documenting academic progress and behaviour. • Identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and working systematically on both. • Providing monthly performance reports directly to the family. • Ensuring the girls stay ahead of their school curriculum, broadening their knowledge in a consistent and enjoyable way.
