Main responsibilities: Management, review, and preparation of budgets. Direction and coordination of the sales team. Site visits and monitoring. Receiving and inventory control. Customer service and advice. Technical support for projects and construction solutions. Requirements: Degree in Building Engineering or similar. C1 level of spoken and written English to conduct business conversations with international companies. Own vehicle. Availability to travel. Sales-oriented, proactive, and results-driven profile. Proficiency in industry-specific technical software. Conditions: Self-employed contract. Fixed monthly fee of €800 or €1,000, depending on experience and qualifications. High sales commissions. Immediate start. Option to work in person or remotely. Location: Dos Hermanas (Seville)
