Client Acquisition Specialist (Commission-Based, EN/ES) 200 Euros per each onboarded client! We’re rolling out a software service for local businesses focused on improving client communication. We’re looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) communicators who are comfortable talking to business owners and opening opportunities. Málaga based! Everything you need to know and start + live demo will be provided beforehand. What you do: -Identify local businesses that can benefit from our services, the sky is the limit -Start conversations and create interest without pressure selling -Use simple sales psychology to help owners recognize opportunities on their own -Qualify prospects and introduce them for a demo -We handle closing, onboarding, and support How you work: -You’re curious, not aggressive -You ask smart questions instead of pushing products -You understand that good sales feels like helping, not convincing -You can guide a conversation so the client wants the solution What you get: -€200 commission per closed client plus bonus on target -Flexible schedule, make your own -Performance-based structure -Simple mission: find opportunities, we deliver Requirements: -Fluent English and Spanish -Comfortable speaking with business owners -Self-motivated and action-oriented -Previous sales, outreach, or client-facing experience is a MUST -Living in Málaga or surroundings, your area of action will be within the city!
